📋 Description

• Configure and customize demo accounts aligned to client industries and workflows • Build industry-specific demo scenarios and trial setups • Create polished sales presentations, case studies, and enablement content • Develop competitor battlecards and support competitive positioning • Support sales team with RFP responses, process flows, and tailored client requests • Coordinate with partners on integrations when needed • Enable smooth customer handoff to CSM with documentation and context • Contribute to strategic projects: forecasting, market analysis, outbound messaging refinement

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Sales Enablement • Strong technical aptitude with ability to set up software demos and explain workflows • Upper-Intermediate English communication skills (written & spoken) • Analytical mindset and ability to learn fast • Nice-to-have skills: Prior experience in sales support roles: RevOps, SalesOps, Sales Enablement, Technical Support, Sales Engineer, etc. • Background in client facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, etc) in B2B SaaS businesses
