📋 Description
• Build and configure Salesforce solutions as directed by Solution Architects using declarative tools • Conduct data migrations: mapping, transformations, imports • Deploy changes from sandbox to production • Coordinate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Implementation Consultants • Provide clear updates on progress or blockers during standups or async updates • Contribute to and refine test scripts • Assist during sprint and UAT testing phases • Provide post-deployment support to ensure customer success • Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Product teams • Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage incoming issues
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years in Salesforce roles (Admin, Junior Consultant, Analyst) • Proficient in English • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes • Change Sets or Gearset deployments • Data migration and import processes • Familiarity with Salesforce-native apps or AppExchange solutions (Precursive preferred) • Certifications Salesforce Platform App Builder preferred (sponsorship available)
