📋 Description

• Recommend and develop comprehensive systems for AI applications and products. • Lead construction of prototypes and minimum viable products. • Assist in designing and implementing cloud architecture for AI systems. • Develop specifications for APIs and services to deploy AI models. • Create and maintain documentation consistent with corporate policies. • Guide AI engineers on AI/ML and industry best practices. • Collaborate with external stakeholders to conceptualize AI solutions. • Provide thought leadership to the Premera AI community.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in a related, professional IT/analytics position. • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI or ML systems. • At least 6 years of experience in developing deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLX, JAX, or other modern deep learning frameworks. • Experience with design patterns and microservices architecture. • Knowledge of ethical AI practices with a focus on explainability, fairness, and bias mitigation. • Proven experience developing deep learning architectures like CNNs, transformers, GANs, etc. • Proficient at ethical AI practices including explainable AI and bias mitigation. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in successfully productionizing AI models. • Strong software engineering skills and knowledge of software design patterns. • Familiarity with building minimal interfaces to interact with AI products.
