📋 Description

• Manage high-volume inbound communications. • Process applications efficiently in real-time. • Work across multiple lending verticals. • Manage time and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • Navigate various systems, applications, and software.

🎯 Requirements

• Quiet, distraction-free work environment. • Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday). • Fast and reliable internet connection. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable handling a high volume of daily phone interactions. • Strong time management and prioritization skills. • Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and processing tasks. • Ability to retain and apply knowledge across multiple lenders and verticals. • Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously. • Previous experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is a plus. • Passion for delivering excellent customer service. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems. • Basic mathematical skills for calculations and reconciliation.
