• Manage all aspects of catastrophic medical professional liability claims • Identify prospective losses, coverage assessments, create reserve reports • Track developments in the industry and share relevant information • Conduct annual audits and meet with insureds for claims overview
🎯 Requirements
• 7 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor's degree (Required) • Medical Liability Claims Handling certification • 10+ years Strong written and oral skills required, writing sample required • Negotiation training; experience • Experience in Medical Liability Claims Management • Catastrophic Excess Claims Management • Juris Doctor from accredited Law School preferred
