📋 Description

• Execute interaction and visual design work for both internal enterprise tools and member-facing digital products • Apply user research findings and business requirements to create user-centered designs that are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with Premier's design standards • Design interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure design integrity is maintained • Participate in design critiques, incorporating feedback from peers and design leadership to improve deliverables • Seek opportunities to improve the user experience while maintaining alignment with established design patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on, professional UX or product design experience within a company environment • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design • Strong visual design fundamentals — typography, color, layout, hierarchy, and composition • Working knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies • Ability to interpret and apply UX research findings and business direction to design work • Ability to take clear direction and execute design work quickly and accurately, iterating efficiently based on feedback • Understanding of design systems and component-based design • Strong communication skills — able to clearly articulate design decisions to both design and non-design stakeholders • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, high-quality work • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
