📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing an enhanced scan • Work closely with the sales and clinical teams to coordinate post-scheduling workflows • Facilitate home lab draws by coordinating with third-party providers • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of additional reports including body composition analysis • Monitor and track patient progress throughout the enhanced scan workflow • Manage applications for the Provider Education Program • Coordinate physician participants' scans and follow-up consultations • Act as a liaison between patients, sales, and clinical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles (preferably in imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare) • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Experience working with sales and physician relations teams is a plus • Proficiency in using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities
