📋 Description

• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams • Coach and develop engineers through feedback, mentorship, and career development • Set team vision and strategy for technology, data, and AI supporting marketing, acquisition, and measurement • Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities with Product, Marketing, and Data • Own execution and delivery, balancing speed, quality, and reliability • Provide technical leadership on system design, architecture, complex problems, and trade-offs • Champion engineering best practices, code quality, reliability, observability, security, and development processes • Partner across Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data, and Legal • Ensure reliable tracking, high-quality data, and responsible handling of privacy and consent

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background • 4+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams • Track record of delivering business-critical products or platforms • Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, or SEO platforms, or related experience building data-intensive systems, automation, or platforms supporting marketing and business teams • Ability to guide architectural discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs • Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify opportunities, set priorities, and drive measurable outcomes • Ability to turn broad goals into realistic plans, manage dependencies, and achieve measurable outcomes • Clear communication and thoughtful leadership • Experience with technology, data, and AI applied to marketing, acquisition, and measurement • Experience with reliable tracking, high-quality data, privacy, and consent considerations
