📋 Description
• Own the complete testing and quality process across all development phases • Establish and maintain testing standards, guidelines, and documentation • Guide and mentor developers on testing best practices, helping them write effective unit and integration tests • Work closely with development teams to ensure new features include comprehensive test coverage from the start • Write, execute, and maintain automated tests using industry-standard frameworks • Embed quality gates and testing checkpoints throughout the development pipeline • Perform thorough manual testing when automated coverage is insufficient • Participate in code reviews with a focus on testability and quality
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles • Experience building testing processes and embedding quality practices into development workflows • Proficiency with pytest and Jest or similar JavaScript/TypeScript testing frameworks • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python • Solid understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration • Understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks • API testing experience • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus
