📋 Description

• Lead a team of full stack, DevOps, and AI engineers — providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. • Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, and project delivery in collaboration with product and design teams. • Ensure engineering best practices, scalable architecture, and clean, maintainable code. • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, documentation, and cross-team communication. • Translate business and product requirements into clear technical plans. • Partner with leadership on roadmap prioritization, resource planning, and hiring. • Identify and resolve technical risks and delivery bottlenecks proactively. • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of total experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role. • Strong technical background in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or similar full-stack environment. • Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams. • Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP). • Excellent people leadership skills — coaching, feedback, and team development. • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
