📋 Description
• Understand industry and ServiceNow best practices. • Understand Presidio ServiceNow products and service offerings. • Participate in the implementation of delivery projects, including: Gathering requirements from the client, Participating in design development with the Solutions Architect, Implementing requirements defined in Agile stories and tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as an Administrator or Developer of the ServiceNow platform • Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration and customization • Strong JavaScripting experience • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
