📋 Description

• Convert a high volume of highly qualified inbound leads • Manage a portfolio and generate 25% of your revenue through referrals • Support clients in building the best financing solution for their property project and foster long-term client relationships • Negotiate with banks • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and technologies while working closely with an exceptional Tech/Product team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of stable, successful experience in mortgage brokerage and/or at least 1 year working 100% remotely • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong telephone presence • Strong analytical skills enabling you to handle complex conversations and advise borrowers • Impeccable written and verbal communication • Agility and proactivity required • Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn quickly through interaction with a variety of profiles (web, software engineers, credit specialists, etc.)
