• Assist with live Prevail depositions/sessions. • Record on Prevail platform. • Swear in witnesses and read depositions. • Mark and maintain exhibits. • Monitor and manage sessions. • Assist sessions with technical/administrative needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Current Court Reporting or Notary License for state. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms. • Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Slack/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.). • A webcam, headset, and computer are needed for remote depositions.
