Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience • Minimum 7+ years of JavaScript(ES6) experience • Strong understanding of git/source control • Comfortable working with and understanding both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms • Write technical documentation for new features • Build end-to-end solutions with minimum coupling • Knowledge of AI and/or ChatGPT • Experience working with WebRTC • Knowledge of JavaScript framework: webpacker, and stimulus • Experience with asset optimization techniques • 2+ years Postgres • Working knowledge of AWS/Heroku • Knowledge of category theory Ideal Candidate • Passion for programming • Experience spearheading projects from start to finish • Has a quiet and clean place to work from home • Strong work ethic, + experience with small-size teams • Strong communication and positive attitude • Experience mentoring junior developers • Experience working in a remote environment
