• Service and support for computers (95% Mac) • Respond to troubleshooting, service requests and issues through our ticketing system, Slack, and Video communication tools • Manage and track all IT assets with inventory tracking software • Provide internal IT service and support on Google Suite • Internal Prezi Wiki management and content creation • Provide support and recommendations on best practices for IT maintenance, apps for efficiency, new software & technologies • Implementing and deploying AI-related tools and integrations • Learn how AI can benefit Prezi • Project management to completion
