📋 Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and requirements for effective test planning and coverage. • Perform manual testing to validate new features, bug fixes, and UI/UX aspects, and conduct exploratory testing to uncover usability issues. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks. • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement/manage continuous testing pipelines. • Execute manual and automated tests across environments; report defects with detailed replication steps and assist in troubleshooting. • Analyze test results, document test reports, and contribute to QA process improvements. • Work closely with development and product teams; participate in Agile/Scrum meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in QA, with expertise in both manual and automated testing. • Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies, including exploratory and edge-case testing. • Experience with automated testing tools: Selenium and Cypress. • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and continuous testing pipelines. • Excellent understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English (written and spoken). • Availability to work EST timezone hours (around 9am–6pm EST; 6pm–3am Pakistan time). • At least 5 years of experience in QA (application asks this explicitly). • At least 3 years of experience in Cypress (application asks this explicitly). • At least 3 years of experience in Selenium (application asks this explicitly).
