📋 Description

• Lead-level backend ownership • Architecture decisions • Design and own backend services in NestJS and TypeScript • Make architecture decisions independently, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and reliability • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs across a microservices environment • Own database design, optimization, and reliability in Postgres • Define technical direction, not just implementation details • Set and enforce quality standards across both AI-generated and manually written code • Translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical solutions • Contribute to system design, infrastructure decisions, testing strategy, and developer productivity • Operate in an AI-first workflow without compromising engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience in software development • At least 2 years of experience in Nest.js • At least 2 years of work experience with databases • At least 2 years of work experience with Postgres/GraphQL/TypeOrm • At least 3 years of experience with Node.js • At least 3 years of work experience with Typescript • Strong with AI tools in software engineering workflows • Able to use AI to speed up implementation, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving • Experience as a Lead Engineer or Architect
