• Develop creative strategies and messaging frameworks for paid channels and partner sites. • Translate client insights and performance data into innovative content ideas. • Collaborate with the Team Lead Ad Creation and the Creative Pod to produce assets. • Write briefs, scripts, and hooks, and lead creative production. • Continuously test and optimize content formats based on performance data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy. • Strong understanding of creative mechanics for paid social and partner sites. • Proven track record with high-performing ads and funnel assets. • Excellent storytelling, analytical thinking, and briefing skills. • Fast, structured, and performance-oriented working style.
