🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development • Strong English communication skills • Good knowledge of event-driven architecture, microservices, and domain-driven design • Enthusiasm for trying new technologies and helping other developers grow • Self-motivated, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and accountability for deliverables • Experience working in an Agile environment • Good knowledge of functional programming languages (nice to have) • Professional experience with at least one of Rust or Elixir (nice to have) • Knowledge of TDD (nice to have) • Knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka (nice to have)
