• Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities. • Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security. • Support the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment. • Have fun.
🎯 Requirements
• A strong technical background with 5+ years of hands-on development experience, Python knowledge preferred • 2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions. • Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS and DataBricks • Ability to shape and adapt team processes and ways of working to align with the team needs • Proven ability to mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision-making skills. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders and external business partners. • Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical ones. • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
