📋 Description

• Prospecting and cold calling leads to establish valuable client relationships • Booking shipments and negotiating competitive rates with carriers • Ensuring timely delivery of cargo and maintaining communication with shippers and carriers • Handling necessary documentation and resolving transit issues proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or transportation • Knowledge of freight brokerage and transportation logistics • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure • Background in customer service and relationship management • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset • Previous freight brokerage or transportation experience is a plus
