📋 Description

• Handle all accounting department routines • Perform accounting entries and system integrations • Reconcile accounting records • Prepare balance sheet schedules and other working papers • Issue and post accounting reports • Prepare the annual financial statements and calculate dividends payable to partners • Prepare and file the annual DEFIS, ECD, and ECF returns • Calculate IRPJ and CSLL under the Actual Profit Regime (Lucro Real) • Register Daily Journals online with JUCESP • Request, screen, and organize documents online • Provide support to external and internal clients • Participate in meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Be of legal age • Reside in the State of São Paulo • Proven professional experience in the field • Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Hands-on approach and proactive attitude • Attention to detail • Ability to work independently and a sense of urgency when handling deadlines • Willingness and a positive attitude when addressing employee and management questions • Microsoft Excel • Phoenix Accounting – Contmatic
