📋 Description

• You'll work directly with our team, take a brief, and ship creatives that get the right people to stop and pay attention. • Volume: ~15–20 assets a month to start. • Scope grows with us: as we scale, more channels, more formats, and more of the customer journey moves into your hands. • Facebook and Instagram / Meta ad creative - static and motion, from concept to delivery. • Translating product positioning and campaign briefs into visual concepts that convert. • Iterating on creative based on performance data - what's working, what's not, what to try next. • Maintaining visual consistency across campaigns while pushing creative boundaries.

🎯 Requirements

• You've built Facebook/Meta ad creative that engage audiences and perform - not just look good. • You can point to results. • You bring real visual and creative experience: enough to take a brief and run, without needing hand-holding or endless rounds of feedback. • You understand fast, ship fast, and the quality is there the first time. • You can turn a product story into something that stops a scroll in under a second. • You move fast and work independently; freelance means the turnaround is yours to own. • You're genuinely into digital products, AI and tech - you get the space and can speak its visual language.
