📋 Description

• Build the dispute dashboard from scratch, including deadline visibility, evidence status, and response tracking • Ship frontend features end-to-end across a merchant-requested lifecycle • Turn fraud vendor comparisons into actionable merchant-facing functionality • Own defined pieces of the native rules engine UI, including velocity rules, blocklists, and fingerprinting signals • Deploy work to production and monitor its impact • Work directly with Product and the Engineering Manager on a small team • Help establish on-call rotas, tooling, and conventions for the new team • Decide what good looks like amid early-stage ambiguity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping production-ready frontend features with growing autonomy • Solid grasp of API design fundamentals • Ability to build for performance as usage grows • Comfortable writing tests • Ability to think through edge cases and error handling • Genuine care about implementation details • Exposure to fraud, risk, disputes, or another operationally sensitive domain is nice to have, not required • Experience building dashboards or admin tooling from scratch is nice to have, not required • Comfort working with APIs is nice to have, not required • Willingness to contribute to a Python backend when needed is nice to have, not required
