📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English. • Assess candidates' language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and written communication abilities. • Provide constructive feedback to candidates on their language abilities in both Spanish and English. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their language requirements for specific roles. • Source and recruit candidates for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Outbound Sales Representative, etc. • Ensure timely hiring of 25 Spanish Bilingual CSR or Outbound Sales Representatives per week. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate assessments and interviews conducted. • Coordinate with hiring managers and other team members to streamline the recruitment process.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. • Proven experience in conducting interviews or language assessments, preferably in a bilingual environment. • Strong understanding of Spanish and English language proficiency levels and assessment criteria. • Ability to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement in both verbal and written formats. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with remote interview platforms is a plus.
