📋 Description

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including approval of journal entries, preparation and maintenance of account reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for management, as required. • Collaborate with the Accounting VP, Director, and Manager to develop and implement process improvements aimed at streamlining close schedules and increasing operational efficiency. • Support inventory automation initiatives by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. • Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve accounting workflows and controls. • Assist external auditors by preparing documentation, schedules, and responses to audit requests. • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 5-6 years of accounting experience, with some exposure to public accounting (preferred). • Minimum 3-4 years of public accounting experience **or** a combination of 3-4 years across public accounting and industry roles. • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Experience with NetSuite and/or other ERP systems. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • **Core Competencies** • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team. • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments. • Proven ability to deliver results under deadlines. • Critical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
