📋 Description

• Use diagnostic and discovery tools to evaluate client environments, document findings, and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transitions during onboarding and offboarding. • Deploy and configure tools such as Kaseya/Datto RMM, ConnectWise PSA, Office 365, Mimecast, EDR, and backup agents. • Perform installations on client servers, workstations, and network devices. • Maintain accurate documentation and automate processes where possible. • Support vendor-managed systems and coordinate resolutions on behalf of clients. • Manage and respond to assigned service tickets within agreed timelines. • Provide consistent, high-quality service with minimal supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and print management. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, firewall, VLAN, and VPN configurations. • Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet). • Familiarity with RMM tools (Kaseya, Datto) and PSA systems (ConnectWise). • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client environments.
