• Support or lead the development, implementation, communication, and administration of compensation plans • Educate and communicate compensation philosophy and programs to HR partners and people leaders • Conduct moderate to complex data analysis to measure competitiveness of compensation programs • Conduct job evaluations to determine job title, pay grade, and classification • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and alignment with payroll procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or other related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required • 5 years of work experience in Compensation • Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with HR systems • Effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
