📋 Description

•You will be working for a US-based AI integrations company developing web and mobile apps to solve the current needs of the company and its clients in the workflow automation field in North America. •The role will work on an amazing team of engineers to continue building out products to meet our clients' needs. •We only want the best and if you are looking to work with a fast-growing and stable American company then this position is for you. •This is a full-time remote role for a senior UI/UX engineer. •This role will primarily be working in Sketch/Figma/Adobe. •The engineer will be responsible for Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate a deep understanding of user experience principles. •Ensure the user journey is seamless across all touchpoints. •Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts are properly implemented and aligned with business goals. •The ideal candidate is a senior thinker in UI/UX design and highly proficient in modern web technologies to build user-friendly applications.

🎯 Requirements

•3+ Years of experience as UI/UX Designer •Expertise in UX design tools (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar). •Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. •Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems. •Experience with user research techniques, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing. •Familiarity with front-end development processes and collaboration (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus). •Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. •Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders. •Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development processes. •Strong English communication skills
