📋 Description

• Work with the Finance Departments of major insurance-sector clients • Lead major transformation projects related to changes in accounting standards, regulations, and prudential requirements • Support clients in optimizing and improving closing and reporting processes • Provide operational support • Review internal control and risk management frameworks • Contribute to the development of more junior team members • Work on transformation, compliance, organizational, and/or process improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree, business school degree, or university degree • At least 4 years of experience gained in a large company or consulting firm • Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry, its business lines, and key processes (risk, finance, compliance, etc.) • Strong knowledge of national, European, and international standards and regulations, particularly IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Solvency II, and ENS • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Knowledge of Agile methodology, planning, budget management, quality planning, and team supervision and coordination • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team management skills • Autonomy, commitment, efficiency, and a strong client-service orientation • Fluency in English
