⹠Manage a payroll portfolio covering multiple collective bargaining agreements ⹠Collect payroll variables from clients when necessary, verify them and enter them into the system ⹠Prepare and issue payslips (approximately 500 payslips/month) ⹠Prepare final settlement statements (full and final pay) ⹠Manage and monitor employee administration files: DPAE (pre-employment declaration), create employee profiles in the payroll software, manage leave, sick leave, various certificates, and benefit/prévoyance files ⹠Perform payroll and social-contribution adjustments and reconciliations ⹠Independently carry out monthly and annual checks in accordance with established procedures
âą Minimum education: Bac+2 (equivalent to an associate degree) âą At least 2 to 3 years' experience in-house or in a payroll/accounting firm âą Rigour, organization, proactive mindset, autonomy, client orientation and team spirit âą Comfortable with Excel âą Interest in HR information systems (HRIS) âą Proficiency in Silae is essential âą Experience with other payroll software is a plus but not required âą Knowledge of English is a plus
