📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media • Build engagement and rapport within the social platform’s community, while maintaining the company brand voice and personality. • Check content for accuracy • Understand how to escalate issues when needed • Follow established guidelines for posting, responding and interacting with community members

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in social media and/or customer service is required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent attention to detail • Knowledge and comfort of social media trends and social media analytics. • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and understand SEO and SEM best practices • You have good judgment and know when to escalate issues • You have excellent reading and typing speeds (you will be handling a lot of messages per day in an online setting using our internal chat tools) • You enjoy growing and being a part of online communities
