📋 Description

• Monitor the daily release of orders for invoicing, processed in batches by distribution center. • Verify inventory availability by reconciling internal controls, the logistics operator’s system, and replenishment shipments in progress. • Identify blocked or pending orders, investigate the cause, and manage resolution through release. • Set service priorities when inventory cannot cover the full demand, using documented criteria. • Act as the primary point of contact with the outsourced logistics operator for picking, shipping, and discrepancy-related activities. • Collaborate with the Sales, Tax, Supply, and Transportation teams to resolve invoicing constraints. • Communicate with internal customers regarding deadlines, outstanding issues, and rescheduling. • Monitor operational incidents, ensuring they are recorded, assigned to the responsible party, and closed within the deadline. • Analyze recurring issues and propose root-cause corrective actions. • Calculate and monitor operational KPIs, including order-book fulfillment, pending orders, processing lead time, and stockouts among key customers. • Maintain and standardize operational controls across different distribution centers. • Prepare analyses and reports to support supervisory decision-making. • Serve as a technical reference for cell assistants. • Support workload allocation, absence coverage, and training for new team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in distribution logistics, order management, B2B customer service, or customer operations. • Experience managing B2B order books, including deadlines, delivery appointments, and requirements from major customers. • Advanced Excel skills in practical use: handling large datasets, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data matching, and reconciliation. • Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS). • Practical knowledge of invoicing and tax documents used in operations, including invoices and interstate transactions. • Experience liaising with outsourced logistics operators or carriers. • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Preferred: experience in an environment with multiple legal entities and distribution centers. • Preferred: experience in delivery logistics for pharmacies. • Preferred: experience in cosmetics, healthcare, food, or another regulated-product industry. • Preferred: knowledge of the Bling ERP system. • Preferred: Power BI or another data visualization tool. • Preferred: experience with structured incident management or SLA-based customer service.
