• Define project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality results within budget and on schedule. • Develop detailed project plans and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly. • Act as the main point of contact and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. • Facilitate regular project meetings to assess progress and address any challenges promptly. • Prepare and present project reports, detailing project status and performance metrics to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. • A solid track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
