📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform (Zoom) to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals • Use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Gottman Method • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in our streamlined EHR • Incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Dual licensed clinician with independent licensure in Louisiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist • PLUS a license in one of these states: CA, DC, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, NC, OH, PA, VA, WV. • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults • Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders • Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week • Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace • Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e. PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes • Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method • Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care • Passion for supporting the mental health of healthcare workers!
