📋 Description
• Own website improvements and A/B testing efforts • Collaborate with clients on business objectives • Manage overall CRO program development • Use analytics to identify new testing opportunities • Coordinate deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients • Attend team and client meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of Optimization / Personalization Party platform experience (Google Optimize, Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target, etc) • Analytics Experience (Google and/or Adobe Analytics) • Google Suite (sheets, slides, docs, Gmail) • Strong time management skills • Digital Marketing Experience is a plus • Knowledge of HTML / CSS a plus • Gravitas with clients and internal stakeholders, ability to lead large meetings • Willing to work 9AM-5PM US CST
