📋 Description

• Participating in meetings with clients to discuss campaign strategies and goals, then developing a plan to achieve them • Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their campaigns and evaluating progress with the client • Reviewing analytics data (including but not limited to competitor tracking) to determine effectiveness of previous campaigns and planning future ones accordingly • Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction with services provided by the agency • Preparing reports detailing the work performed on each campaign • Pitching and newsjacking • Media training • Writing or revising content • Helping identify leads, pitch services, and contribute to business development efforts • Liaising with media, clients, and stakeholders • Sometimes developing content for social media accounts and writing blog posts • Creation of strategy and planning of things such as content, press releases, etc. • Event support (when requested by the client), including finding videographers, photographers, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelors or equivalent in PR/Journalism/Communication • Two years of experience in PR or a related field is mandatory • Experience in sales • Fluent in English • No 9 to 5 mentality; we are a startup and some chaos is part of it! • You are interested in language and able to think creatively with words, while maintaining a professional tone • Are able to have a professional attitude with clients • Can handle client confrontation • Are articulate under pressure • Attention to detail • Are comfortable asking questions while proposing solutions • Are ambitious, detail-oriented, positive, decisive, and proactive • Experience in B2B, SaaS, Tech and startup industries is desirable
