📋 Description

• Identify process improvements for resolving common issues and propose creative, effective solutions • Automate manual tasks to free up time for you and other team members to focus on high-impact projects • Build bespoke no-code/low-code tools for organizers to test and gather feedback • Document and train team members on the new tools and processes you develop • Create and maintain tools to help the operations teams work more efficiently • Step back to analyze our organizers' performance and identify opportunities • Conduct ad-hoc, in-depth data analysis to identify root causes of problems and assess their impact

🎯 Requirements

• Seeking a 6-month internship based in Paris • Outstanding analytical skills • Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously • Regularly uses AI tools • Proficient in SQL/BI tools or eager to become proficient • Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is a plus • Fluent in French; strong English is required; Portuguese is a plus • About to graduate from an engineering school, business school, or university with a strong quantitative major
