• ProArch seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business needs and gather requirements. • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams. • Transform ideas into actionable project deliverables ensuring solutions meet business objectives and user needs. • Conduct thorough requirements analysis, document processes, and identify areas for improvement. • Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a tech or consulting environment. • Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with process mapping and modeling tools. • Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. • Ability to analyze data and generate insights from various sources. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
