📋 Description

• Build working product capabilities across Vector's experience, platform, data, and intelligence layers • Translate real enterprise use cases into clear user experiences, reliable services, usable data, and evaluated AI capabilities • Create test cases, evaluate results, analyze failures and edge cases, and improve quality, reliability, and performance • Use Git, write documentation and tests, debug issues, participate in code reviews, and build maintainable software • Contribute across Frontend & Experience, Platform, API & Data, and AI & Intelligence engineering tracks • Collaborate with the wider product and engineering team on Vector, ProArch's AI-native enterprise platform

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, or a similar language • Basic understanding of programming fundamentals, problem-solving, and software development • Familiarity with at least one relevant area: frontend development, REST APIs, SQL/data, or AI/ML concepts • Basic familiarity with Git and willingness to write, test, debug, and improve code • Interest in AI-native products, cloud platforms, enterprise software, and modern application development • Strong analytical ability, curiosity, ownership, communication, and willingness to experiment and learn • Comfortable learning quickly, asking questions, experimenting, collaborating across engineering areas, and taking responsibility for work • Nice to have: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Cosmos DB, Microsoft Fabric, Spark, OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks, vector databases, charting libraries, or Microsoft Teams development
