📋 Description

• Research customer problems, personas, workflows, pain points, competitive landscapes and markets • Identify opportunities for intelligence, recommendations and automation • Map use cases to Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective and Adaptive modes • Help define how intelligence should be presented to users • Create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, journeys and workflows • Work with engineering teams and maintain product documentation • Contribute to Microsoft Teams and web portal experiences • Define insights, recommendations, visualizations, notifications and Ask Vector experiences • Identify meaningful product metrics and analyze adoption and usage • Support evaluation of recommendations and intelligence • Translate Vector's Six Intelligence Model into meaningful product experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Interest in AI, technology, and product development • Good written and verbal communication • Ability to understand technical concepts • Curiosity and willingness to learn • Product experience is not required • Candidates should be comfortable learning quickly, asking questions, experimenting, and taking responsibility for their work
