📋 Description
• Lead the design and implementation of automated test strategies. • Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Mentor junior testers in automation techniques and best practices. • Analyze test failures and defects, providing insights to improve software quality. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery and deployment. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to test planning activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, focusing on automation. • Strong expertise in automation testing tools, such as Selenium and Appium. • Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Java, or Python. • Testing Automation, TDM, Functional and performance testing. • Experience with test management tools and CI/CD pipeline integration. • Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. • Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
