β’ Experience coding emails in HTML for major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) in a mobile-first environment, including responsive design techniques, not just drag-and-drop builders β’ A track record of writing or optimizing emails against specific performance metrics like click rate, open rate, or conversion rate β’ Understanding of email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, triggers, and behavioral targeting β’ Strong copywriting instincts, with the ability to write compelling subject lines, CTAs, and body copy β’ Familiarity with SMS campaign best practices, including TCPA and opt-in flows β’ Some things that are not required, but you will learn on the job: β’ Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and speed up email creation β’ Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in Iterable, including journey/workflow setup β’ Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements β’ A good person.
