📋 Description

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test data based on requirements • Perform functional, non-functional, and regression testing across software releases • Use proprietary tools to validate conversational flows and confirm AI responses meet expected standards • Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution • Maintain accurate testing documentation and contribute to process improvement • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth, timely, and high-quality releases • Help strengthen testing standards, procedures, and best practices across the function • Uphold a culture of respect, fairness, safety, privacy, and compliance in all interactions and work practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field • 3+ years of experience in software testing • Hands-on experience in manual testing • Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr • Exposure to automated testing tools • Strong understanding of software development methodologies • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Experience with Speech Recognition, Voice Biometrics, or Conversational AI is a plus
