• Design and execute the Marketing Strategy across the APAC region • Support direct business in Japan with a future focus on both direct and distributor Marketing across APAC • Ensure Clinical messaging is fit for purpose, updated within materials and integrated into all medical education and event activities • Provide training and educational materials to both internal teams and external healthcare providers on the clinical benefits and applications of products • Collaborate with the sales team to provide clinical marketing and sales collateral and materials that support their sales efforts • Monitor and report program effectiveness identifying best practice and generating strategies to enhance product adoption within Aquablation accounts • Create clinical-focused marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, case studies, and presentations, that highlight the benefits and effectiveness of products
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, medical education/ events marketing, with a focus on program coordination and execution • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team • proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products • Experience working with in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management) • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
