📋 Description

‱ Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security controls ‱ Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and automation ‱ Build and maintain reports and dashboards ‱ Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication ‱ Manage third-party integrations from the AppExchange, ensuring seamless functionality with other business applications ‱ Support system upgrades, testing, and release management ‱ Provide end-user support, training, and adoption strategies ‱ Collaborate with consultants and developers for enhancements and integrations

🎯 Requirements

‱ 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience ‱ Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration tools ‱ Experience with Salesforce security settings (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) ‱ Experience with data management and reporting ‱ Understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing) ‱ Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred ‱ Strong problem-solving and communication skills ‱ Certification in Salesforce Administration is required
