Reproductive Freedom for All is an advocacy organization dedicated to promoting and protecting reproductive rights and freedoms. The organization, formerly known as NARAL Pro-Choice America, works to ensure every individual can control their bodies and lives. It engages in education, mobilization, and policy advocacy across the United States, focusing on issues related to abortion access and reproductive healthcare. Reproductive Freedom for All strives to equip people with knowledge about reproductive rights and galvanize public action to safeguard these freedoms.

📋 Description

• Conduct preliminary prospect research using publicly available sources and research platforms (e.g., wealth screening tools, foundation databases, SEC/FEC filings, news monitoring); • Assist with developing clear, concise donor and prospect profiles to support Major Gifts, Events, Foundations, Mid-Level, and Direct Mail teams; • Assist in identifying new prospects through capacity screenings and event attendee research; • Support qualification and requalification research efforts. • Enter and maintain research notes, ratings, and prospect information in the CRM/database; • Support moves management tracking by entering tasks, updating pipeline stages, and ensuring data integrity; • Assist in maintaining accurate portfolio coding and documentation; • Conduct data clean-up projects and support ongoing database integrity initiatives. • Assist with processing reports and synthesizing monthly or quarterly wealth screenings; • Prepare research summaries and briefing documents to support gift officers in preparation for their donor cultivation and solicitation meetings; • Help track research-driven recommendations and related outcomes; • Share and report on Google alerts for profile donors, board members and foundations.

• Has an interest in nonprofit fundraising, philanthropy, public policy, or mission-driven organizations; • Is committed to advancing reproductive freedom; • Strong research and analytical skills; • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely; • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy; • Knowledge of data best management practices or capacity to effectively manage data; • Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and online research tools; • The ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; • Has a demonstrated commitment to contributing to a workplace environment in which diversity is valued and supported; • Demonstrates an alignment with our organization’s values. • Preferred (but not required): • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., EveryAction, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce); • Familiarity with prospect research tools such as iWave or Foundation Directory.
