📋 Description

• Pro Coffee Gear is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in espresso machines • Seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our leadership team • Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations • Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics • Ensure seamless integration of inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required • CPA certification strongly preferred • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA preferred • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience • At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses strongly preferred • Public accounting experience with Big 4 or mid-tier firms is a plus • Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP, etc.) • Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems • Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools
