⢠As our Head of Growth , you will own the strategy and execution of our growth marketing efforts across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and retention. ⢠You will be responsible for driving measurable growth and maximizing customer lifetime value while balancing efficiency and scale. ⢠This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). ⢠5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or ecommerce marketing. ⢠Strong expertise in paid acquisition (Meta, Google) and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retention), and digital marketing (SEO, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing). ⢠Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and LTV/CAC modeling . ⢠Hands-on, scrappy, and willing to execute while also thinking strategically. ⢠Leadership experience has led a team before. ⢠Deep understanding of DTC/ecommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion rates). ⢠Experience with modern marketing tools, AI, and automation.
