⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field ⢠5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry ⢠Proven track record in inventory management and optimization ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ⢠Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software ⢠Excellent negotiation and communication skills ⢠Leadership experience with a focus on team development
